With rising concerns about the environment at the front of everyones minds. This project offers us an opportunity to gain a little perspective on the environment and our impact upon it.
Materials: pencil, ruler, eraser, sketchbook, coloured pencils (markers) to finish
This will be an exercise in perspective. The idea is to establish and manipulate the illusion of 3d space on a 2d plane using a 2 point perspective. Draw a horizon line across the middle of your page. At each end of that line , put a point. To draw a building with 3d perspective we need to draw three vertical lines with our ruler. Then we can connect them by lining up the ruler with the end of the horizontal line to help give us our angle, and the illusion of depth.
